What is cash-strapped Pakistan's 'smart lockdown' plan?

Cash-strapped Pakistan is considering a country-wide "smart lockdown" to save costs after raising fuel prices by over PKR 6. Under the proposed plan, government and private offices, schools and colleges would operate only for four days a week, while Friday, Saturday and Sunday could be declared holidays. The plan also includes rotational shifts for employees and early market shutdown.
