Costa Serena, a Concordia-class cruise ship, will serve as a "floating village" for athletes and officials during the Asian Games 2026. The ship will remain docked at Japan's Nagoya Port, functioning as a floating hotel and residential facility. Around 4,000 people will reportedly stay aboard Costa Serena, while another 2,400 will be accommodated in container units and hotels.
