What is Delhi govt's Operation SHIELD for coronavirus containment in 21 localities?

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal today announced Operation SHIELD for coronavirus containment in 21 localities. The immediate area will be sealed and people would be home quarantined. Further, people with coronavirus will be isolated and their contacts would be traced. Essential goods will be supplied to homes, local sanitisation will be carried out and door-to-door health check-ups will be conducted.
