Doxxing is revelation of a person's private information online without their consent, often with malicious intent. It includes sharing of numbers, addresses or information that could make the victim identifiable and potentially exposed to harassment and threats including stalking. Doxxers collect information through IP address, social media profiles and even intercept internet traffic.
