Egg freezing is gaining popularity in India as women postpone motherhood due to careers, finances or personal circumstances. Embryologist Sanya Kalra said a fast freezing technique called vitrification has made the process much more predictable. Improvements in ovarian stimulation, ultrasound monitoring, egg retrieval, laboratory culture, etc. have improved overall fertility preservation process.
