Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Bill 2026 seeks to amend Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, which regulates the acceptance and utilisation of foreign contributions to NGOs. The amendment gives Centre the power to appoint authority to seize and manage assets of non-profits which lose their licence. Government said Bill is aimed at making the use of foreign funding transparent.
