Cecile Richards, a prominent advocate for women's rights and former President of Planned Parenthood, died after battling glioblastoma, a form of brain cancer. Also known as GBM, it is the most common type of malignant brain tumour that starts in the brain, mostly in adults. Experts say cancer cells in glioblastoma tumours rapidly grow and multiply extremely fast.
