What is interstitial cystitis or bladder pain syndrome?

Actress Lili Reinhart revealed that she is suffering from interstitial cystitis, which is commonly known as bladder pain syndrome. It's a condition that causes long-term pain or discomfort in your bladder and abdominal area, along with urinary frequency and urgency. There are no ways to cure interstitial cystitis but a patient can manage it with bladder retraining and other procedures.
