What is Iran's new 3-stage formula proposed to US for ending war?

Iran has proposed a three-stage formula for negotiations with US, local media reported. First stage reportedly involves complete end of war and guarantees to prevent its resumption against Iran and Lebanon. Second stage would see the discussion on management and administration of Strait of Hormuz. After the two stages are crossed, Iran will discuss the nuclear issue in third stage.
