What is known about newly-found Earth-sized planet Gliese 12 b?

NASA recently announced the discovery of exoplanet 'Gliese 12 b', which, according to experts, is "the nearest, transiting, temperate, Earth-size world located to date". It orbits a cool red dwarf star named 'Gliese 12' and located 40 light-years away in Pisces constellation. The planet orbits every 12.8 days and has an estimated surface temperature of 107 degrees Fahrenheit, NASA said.
