What is 'Lavender' AI that Israel used to kill targets in Gaza?

Israel has used AI tool 'Lavender' to identify 37,000 Hamas-linked targets amid conflict in Gaza. The tool has been indigenously developed and analyses information collected on most of the 2.3 million residents of Gaza through mass surveillance. It then assesses and ranks the likelihood that of whether the particular person is an active member of Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
