Actor Sahil Khan was arrested in the Mahadev betting app case, which involves alleged illegal betting in various sports and card games. The scam, estimated to be worth ₹15,000 crore, is related to illegal transactions between some financial and real estate companies and Mahadev betting app's promoters. Around 31 people have been accused of leveraging social media to lure investors.
