What is male breast cancer and what are its symptoms?

Though rare, male breast cancer still affects thousands of men each year. Male breast cancer occurs when abnormal cells grow uncontrollably in the small amount of breast tissue men have, with invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) being the most common type, said surgical oncologist Dr Ramesh Sarin. Common symptoms include lump/swelling in breast, redness/flaky skin in breast and nipple discharge.
