To mark the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, the government declared last year that January 23rd will be celebrated as 'Parakram Diwas' (a day of valour) every year. The day commemorates the birth of Bose in January 1897 and his contribution to Indian independence struggle. PM Narendra Modi will unveil Netaji's hologram statue at India Gate today.
