What is Pax Silica, US-led tech initiative which India may join?

US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor said India will be invited to join Pax Silica next month. The US-led initiative is aimed at building a silicon supply chain, spanning critical minerals and energy inputs to advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, AI infrastructure and logistics. The inaugural summit included Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the Netherlands, UK, Israel, UAE and Australia.
