What is PM's connection with Dubai people: Baghel on 'Mahadev' row

After PM Narendra Modi accused the Congress of not sparing the name of 'Mahadev' amid the allegations that Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel received ₹508 crore from betting app's promoters, Baghel asked why the Centre didn't shut the app down. He further said, "PM Modi, what is your connection with the Dubai people? Has there been any deal with them?"
