What is 'Project Dunbar' for RBI's digital currency

Recently, RBI deputy governor Michael Patra talked about digital currencies and their use internationally. He said that the central bank's digital currencies could be used for cross-border payments using a shared platform called ‘Project Dunbar’. In the budget announcement in 2022, it was stated that the introduction of CBDC will give a big boost to the digital economy.
