What is Rail Force One, the luxury train that will reportedly take PM Modi to Ukraine?

PM Narendra Modi will reportedly board Rail Force One, the luxury train from Poland to travel to Ukraine on Friday. Originally built in 2014 for tourists in Crimea, these carriages were repurposed after Russia's annexation to transport world leaders and VIPs through a war-torn country. It has wood-panelled cabins, a large table for meetings, a sofa and a wall-mounted TV.
