US President Donald Trump accused India of "dumping" domestically-produced rice in the American market and warned of further tariffs over it. Dumping is an unfair trade practice in which a country or company exports a product to a foreign market at prices lower than its normal value, harming domestic producers. Indian trade bodies said the rice dumping claims are "overstated".
