What is the 2016 Insiya Hemani abduction case, which Dutch PM raised with PM Modi?

During PM Narendra Modi's Netherlands visit, Dutch PM Rob Jetten raised the matter of abduction of two-year-old Insiya Hemani which happened in 2016. Nearly 10 years ago, Insiya was allegedly abducted from her grandmother's house in Amsterdam in a coordinated operation organised by her father. Insiya, whose custody was legally with her mother, was then brought to India via Germany.
