What is the case against Samay Raina, in which SC said he 'took court for a ride'?

The Supreme Court directed Samay Raina and four others to pay ₹3 lakh each and stated the comedian "took the court for a ride". Cure SMA India Foundation had filed a plea after Samay joked about the high cost of treatment for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Samay was earlier directed to host fundraisers for specially abled individuals and apologise to them.
