What is the case in which Punjab Transport Minister had to resign?

Punjab Transport Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar resigned after District Manager of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation in Amritsar, Gagandeep Singh Randhawa, accused him of harassment in a video recorded before his suicide. Randhawa alleged Bhullar pressured him to award a tender to his associate. His family claimed he was forced at gunpoint to falsely confess to accepting a ₹10 lakh bribe.
