What is the legal battle between BharatPe's MD & Kotak Mahindra Bank?

BharatPe MD Ashneer Grover and his wife sent a legal notice to Kotak Mahindra Bank on October 30, accusing the bank of failing to provide financing in Nykaa's IPO. An alleged audio clip of Grover threatening and abusing a Kotak employee went viral, which Grover called "fake". Kotak Group on Sunday said it raised "objections to inappropriate language" by Grover.
