What is the possible route shared by Russia for proposed rail link with India?

Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin recently proposed a rail route with India. The possible route to link two countries will pass through Turkmenistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, Khusnullin had said. He proposed the route over risks linked to important maritime routes, including the Bosphorus and the Strait of Hormuz.
