What is the process to remove CEC as Opposition moves motion against Gyanesh Kumar?

Trinamool Congress submitted an impeachment notice against CEC Gyanesh Kumar. The Lok Sabha Speaker and Rajya Sabha Chairman will first examine the notice. If accepted, they'll form three-member committee to probe the charges. If prima facie case is found, both Houses must pass the motion with a special majority. Removal is allowed only on two grounds- proven misbehaviour or incapacity.
