What is the red-lipped batfish that looks like it’s wearing lipstick?

The Red-Lipped Batfish is a bizarre ocean creature found near the Galápagos Islands and northern Peru. Famous for its bright red lips, it "walks" on the seafloor using pectoral fins instead of swimming. Its lipstick-like mouth helps attract mates, while a small head lure helps ambush prey. Growing only 20-25 cm, making it a small, harmless ocean dweller.
