What is UAE's plan that will cut its Hormuz dependency to zero?

UAE plans to cut its dependency on the Hormuz Strait, the world's most critical oil chokepoint, to zero. The plan includes a major expansion of the eastern ports of Dibba, Fujairah and Khor Fakkan, located along the Gulf of Oman, outside the Strait. This will be accompanied by investment in new pipelines and transport networks to bypass the Strait completely.
