What may happen to Pakistanis still in India after their visa deadline expires?

Pakistani nationals still in India after Centre's deadline for their visa suspension has passed, may be arrested and prosecuted. According to the Immigration and Foreigners Act 2025, Pakistanis violating their visa conditions could face three years in jail or a fine of up to ₹3 lakh or both.
