What needs to happen for the India-EU FTA to start working?

According to EU's press release, the union still needs to publish negotiated draft texts, perform legal revision and translation of the deal's text into all EU languages and propose the agreement to the European Council. The council then needs to adopt the deal, and India and EU then need to sign the agreement for the deal to start working.
