What plan was made to bring Uzma Ahmed back to India?

After Uzma Ahmed was forced to marry Tahir Ali at gunpoint, she tricked him and took him to the Indian High Commission. Sushma Swaraj was told about it, and she said “Even if we have to keep her at high commission for a year or two, we will". A case was registered and Uzma was sent back after the judgement.
