What preparations have been made for Mauni Amavasya in Maha Kumbh?

Elaborate arrangements have been made for the biggest bathing day of the Maha Kumbh Mela on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya on January 29. There'll be no VIP protocol for dignitaries or a pass system for any visitors, including devotees. Vehicles will not be allowed beyond the designated parking lots. Over 150 special trains will be running on the day.
