What's allowed & what's not allowed under GRAP-4 anti-pollution measures in Delhi-NCR?

GRAP-IV, the strictest anti-pollution measure, has been imposed in Delhi-NCR. Under GRAP-4, entry of BS-IV trucks into Delhi is banned, except for essential services. However, CNG, LNG, electric and BS-VI diesel trucks are allowed. Construction activities are banned. All Delhi schools will run in hybrid mode (except Classes 10 and 12), and public transport and essential services will continue.
