Passengers will no longer have to call multiple numbers to seek assistance or register complaints as Railways has converted 139 into an integrated helpline number. Passengers can call 139 to get information related to tickets, train status and rail accidents, lodge complaints related to catering and corruption, and seek medical help. The helpline number is available in 12 languages.
