What violations have been reported on 'Dhurandhar 2' sets?

According to BMC, Dhurandhar 2's production house B62 sought permission for shooting from February 7-8. The production house violated the conditions by using firecrackers and inflammable items in filming. Subsequently, warnings were issued, and B62 sought permission for shooting but used inflammable items again despite assuring not to do so. Penalty was sought from B62 for filming on a terrace.
