Delhi Police Commissioner Anurag Kumar, appointed a day before Sonam Wangchuk's removal from Jantar Mantar, held a meeting with Special Commissioners to plan a strategy, IE reported. They identified a brief morning window when CJP's Abhijeet Dipke used the restroom to remove Wangchuk in a 30-second operation. Separately, AAP alleged Satish Golchha was replaced to facilitate Wangchuk's "arrest".
