The Wandhama massacre took place overnight on January 25, 1998, when terrorists entered the homes of Kashmiri Pandits in Wandhama. They reportedly asked them for tea before gathering them and opening fire with Kalashnikov rifles, killing 23 people. The attack took place during Shab-e-Qadr, a holy night of Ramzan. The case has been reopened.
