What were India's arguments to defend Jadhav at UN court?

India on Monday urged the International Court of Justice to immediately suspend the death sentence handed out to its national Kulbhushan Jadhav by Pakistan. India argued that Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran in 2016, brought to Pakistan and presented as an alleged Indian spy. Further, Kulbhushan Jadhav has neither consular access nor legal representation even at this stage.
