What recommendations were made during GST council meeting?

GST Council recommended exempting passenger transportation by helicopter on a seat-sharing basis from/to airports/helipads in Sikkim and West Bengal's Bagdogra from GST. It also recommended exempting services related to the storage or warehousing of seeds meant for sowing. It also proposed exempting agricultural support services related to curing of coffee provided by coffee curers to cultivators.
