What will Amazon be offering to the 16,000 employees it'll be firing?

Amazon confirmed that it'll fire 16,000 employees, saying it's working hard to support affected staffers. The tech giant will offer most US-based affected employees 90 days to look for a new role internally. Laid-off employees who are unable to find a new role at Amazon will be given severance pay, outplacement services and health insurance benefits, among other transition support.
