NASA has revealed the food menu for its Artemis II Moon mission, which is set to launch on April 2 (IST). The crew will carry 189 unique food and drink items, including brisket, quiche, cobbler, 58 tortillas, five hot sauces and over 10 types of beverages. As Orion has no refrigeration or resupply capability, all meals are shelf-stable and pre-selected.
