What will employees who accept Microsoft's buyout offer get?

Microsoft has offered voluntary buyouts to 60,000 employees in India, the US, the UK and Canada. Eligible employees at level 64 and below were offered one week of base pay per six months of service, while those at levels 65-67 were offered two weeks, Business Insider reported. The packages also include continued regular stock vesting and health insurance.
