What will happen if a team retains 5 players instead of 6 ahead of IPL mega auction?

In case, an IPL team decides to retain five players instead of six ahead of the mega auction, ₹65 crore will be deducted from their purse. The team will then have ₹55 crore to spend at auction. It will also have one RTM card to try and bring back another of their current players when he comes up at auction.
