What woman wears is her choice, notion that jeans can 'corrupt' boys troubling: HC

The Delhi High Court, while convicting a man of sexually harassing a girl in 2013, took objection to the victim's "character assassination" during cross-examination. "What a girl or woman chooses to wear is a matter of her personal choice....The suggestion that a woman wearing jeans may 'corrupt young boys' reflects a deeply troubling and unacceptable mindset," it said.
