What would've happened if ball definitely hit Spidercam in England-Norway match?

If the ball had definitely struck Spidercam during England-Norway match, it would've been treated as contact with "outside agent" under FIFA laws. Play would restart with a dropped ball for the team that would've retained or gained possession of ball. If the incident led to goal, VAR could review it and recommend disallowing the goal if the contact affected play.
