What's allowed in Tier 2 & 3 Tamil Nadu districts where curbs have been relaxed?

Tamil Nadu government has relaxed COVID-19 curbs in four Tier 3 districts (Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Chengalpet) and 23 Tier 2 districts. In Tier 3 districts, public transport can operate with 50% occupancy and government and private offices can function with 100% and 50% workforce, respectively. In Tier 2 districts, government and private offices can have 50% and 33% staff, respectively.
