What's allowed, what's not allowed as U'khand extends curfew from June 22 to 29?

Uttarakhand has extended the curfew from June 22 to June 29. Markets can open from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Dine-in services allowed in restaurants with 50% seating capacity between 6 am and 10 pm. State government offices related to essential services will run with 100% staff, while other government and private offices can run with 50% staff.
