WhatsApp Business charges begin: What changes from October 1?

WhatsApp Business Platform pricing changes take effect October 1 as Meta begins charging for utility messages in the 24-hour customer service window. Each business number gets 1,000 free monthly service replies, after which utility and authentication messages cost ₹0.115 each in India. Marketing rates stay at ₹0.8631. Regular users are unaffected.
