WhatsApp lets iPhone users create, chat with AI agents

WhatsApp is testing a feature on iOS that lets users create and chat with third-party AI agents without leaving the app. Users can set up agents via WhatsApp settings and receive an API key to connect external services. Chats with agents are not end-to-end encrypted. The feature is in limited beta rollout.
