WhatsApp may move promotional messages to a new section: Report

WhatsApp is testing an "Offers & Updates" section to separate promotional messages from large businesses, helping users keep their main chat list focused on personal and group conversations, TechCrunch reported. Business messages could be moved after a set period, with tests ranging up to 24 hours. Users can turn the feature off but can't choose the timing of automatic transfers.
