WhatsApp may soon let users schedule messages, photos & videos

WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will let users schedule messages, photos, videos and documents to be sent later. The feature is currently available to some Android beta users and works in both personal and group chats, even when the phone is offline. WhatsApp is expected to make the feature available to more users in the coming weeks.
